Hectares LLC, doing business as Hectares.ai ("Hectares," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Hectares account and all associated data, what is removed, what we may be required to retain, and how long the process takes.
To request deletion of your Hectares account and all associated data, email support@hectares.ai with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your account.
We use the originating email address to verify your identity, so please send your request from the same address you use to sign in. If you are unable to send from that address, include enough detail for us to confirm account ownership and we will follow up to verify before processing.
Once your request is verified, your account and the data described below are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
When we process your deletion request, we remove:
field_points)After deletion, we retain only the minimal data we are legally required or permitted to keep — for example, for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance purposes. Such records are kept only for as long as required and are otherwise isolated from active use.
All other personal data associated with your account is deleted or anonymized.
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your account and data have been deleted.
